If anything is mounted on the factory roof, please remove it before bringing in your vehicle.
If your vehicle has equipment that could interfere with installation, please let us know in advance. Depending on the equipment, we may be unable to install.
For distant locations, a vehicle transport company will pick up and deliver your vehicle (transport fees extra).

Installation takes place at our dedicated factory, so please allow a lead time of about 2–5 days. Please check the schedule in advance.
If you leave your vehicle with RV Land Concept (Nagareyama), a loaner car is available. Please contact us for details.
